4. Use of Our Mobile App

This privacy policy also applies to the Kikoff Football mobile app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • Accounts and players. You create an account using your name, email address and password. Accounts are held by adults. Where programs, bookings or registrations involve a child, the child's details are entered and managed by the parent or guardian through their own account.
  • Biometric login. The app offers the option to sign in using your device's biometric features (Face ID or Touch ID). This is handled entirely by your device's operating system — your biometric data never leaves your device.
  • Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we collect a device push token to send you booking confirmations, reminders, results and similar updates. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.
  • Deleting your data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time from within the app or by contacting us at hello@kikoff.com.au. Some information may be retained where required by law.
